Configuring Filter Settings
Micro Keylogger allows you not only to monitor applications used and websites visited but also filter them at all! This praisable feature helps parents to keep an eye on kids and make the rules of home computer using by blocking any nasty websites or applications. You can specify any game applications, chat clients, and websites you do not want to be executed or visited on your PC!

Website Filtering
“Block websites”: Check/Uncheck this option to Enable/Disable the web filter.
“Edit web keywords”: Click this tab, you’ll see a list of built-in keywords. To add any website keyword or URL to the list, type it into the input filed and simply click the “Add” button or press “Enter” key. Click “Delete” to remove selected keywords from the list. Click “Apply” to save your setting!

Application Filtering
“Edit application keywords”: Click this tab to add any application keywords to the list to block any applications that you do not want executed on your PC. Type application keywords in the blank and simply click the “Add” button. Click “Delete” to the selected keywords from the list. Click “Apply” to save your setting!
Note: Typed full name of the applications if you want to block them otherwise the blocking will not work.
E.g.: Micro keylogger will block MSN when you add keyword msmsgs.exe, but MSN application will not be blocked if you just add keyword “msn”. Each time, after saving your filtering configuration, check if it works by opening the websites or applications again.
To get the keyword of a program, you may right click its icon and select “Properties”–“Target”, the program name shows like “xxx.exe”. You can add “xxx” or “xxx.exe” to the Application Filter. (“xxx” represents the program name”
To check the process name of a running program, you may right click windows taskbar and select “Start Task manager”–“Processes”
